Via the internet on www.capecoral.net we called for the first inspection. We only got an confirmation of the request back by email. Now we are not sure if the building inspector will be coming or not.

But shortly after lunch he appears.

It seems to be part of this inspection to make sure that we keep the distance to the neighbor. But everything is OK and we pass the inspection (see right).

We have the opportunity to ask all our open questions regarding when to call what inspection in.
The inspector is very patient with us and explains everything, he promises to help us during the building process.
